DOA POLICY
We guarantee our corals will arrive at their destination alive. However in the very unlikely situation where you have a D.O.A, or badly damaged item, contact us immediately. We will replace your item, (Buyer pays shipping). If there is no replacement available, then Buyer will receive website credit, for use in their next purchase.
We do not issue refunds back to your credit card. We do not refund any shipping costs.To be covered under our DOA policy, Buyer must contact us within 2 hours of package delivery and send pictures of items still in their shipping packaging.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
SHIPPING DAYS
We ship Monday-Thursday. If a purchase is made on a non-shipping day, we will ship the following business day. We will confirm shipping dates with you prior to shipping. If you need to change your shipping day, contact us.
